Advanced authoring

In this module you learn how to import content into Pega Knowledge from an external source such as a legacy content system or a translation services vendor by using a pre-defined comma separated values (CSV) file template. You will also become familiar with the re-translation and multi-language management capabilities of the Pega Knowledge portal.
