Guiding principle for enterprise reuse
The guiding principle for enterprise reuse in Pega Platform™ uses the unique power of the software's flexible model-driven platform, the Situational Layer Cake™, and modern, modular approaches for building enterprise applications. The ability for organizations to build applications in "blocks" and layers is a concept that is unique to Pega Platform.
The guiding principle is that you build the "blocks" in Dev Studio. Assemble the "blocks" in App Studio.
This guiding principle is based on five contributing principles:
- Interoperable
- Updateable
- Configurable
- Modular
- Governed
